Facial recognition technology is increasingly becoming part of our lives, whether it be as a way of logging on to our computers without a password, or as a way of sorting our photos. Here’s a very interesting use- this technology can help a visually impaired person to identify who is ahead of them and, more, can guide them in the right direction to meet that person. (Of course, that assumes that they want to meet them..!)
